🔁 Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition

📩 How to Request a Return

Simply email us at info@bromptonic.com or message us via WhatsApp with your order number — please don't send anything back without contacting us first. We'll assess the situation and guide you through the best next steps.

💸 Refund Timing

Refunds are issued after we've agreed on the return. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and sent back to your original payment method.
