All products arrive as ordered and are mostly shipped from China, U.S, or European warehouses. Delivery typically takes us 20-30 days after you place an order. Sometimes, your orders may arrive in 2 weeks time. 

All deliveries are free of charge worldwide, including Singapore, Hong Kong, and the U.S.

For customers ordering from EU countries, you do not need to pay any additional charges. We are fully compliant with the new EU VAT rules, so all Taxes and VAT are included in our product prices. Order from the EU with confidence!

The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — nothing more! No hidden charges or extra fees upon arrival of your order. We take care of the fees from our end, allowing the convenience of free shipping all the way. 

After successfully checking out, you will receive an email confirming your order, with information on how to track your order. 

If you wish to cancel your order, return an item, or exchange your order for another product, feel free to reach out to us. We're happy to help! All returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order will not attract any charge.
